Prayagraj: Taking serious notes about the non-submission of affidavit (reply) even though there was a court order, the High Court of Allahabad on Thursday issued a warrant that was responded to by the Secretary (Ministry of Education), Uttar Pradesh, asked him to show himself before the court to explain why Although there is a court order, both counter-affidavit or instructions have been given to state advice.
Hearing the Writ petition submitted by One Vijay Kumar, justice Saral Srivastava which was directed that a warrant was served through the judge of justice concerned and a copy of this order was handed over to CJM for compliance.
Previously at one stage, hearing this case related to the issue of teacher recruitment, the court in the order of September 30, 2021, has said that even though there is an opportunity, the Secretary (Ministry of Education) has not responded or controlled in this issue.
According to the court, this problem cannot be decided without a state government statement.
However, at the request of the state advisory, the court has given further four weeks to respondents to submit a reply.
In this order, the court has also explained that there will be no more time given to respondents to propose cons statements in this issue.
Today (Thursday), when the case was taken, the court took a serious record of non-archive counter-statements to date and passed the order above, observed, “Despite the last opportunity given by this court, there is no connection with this counter-attack , there is no connection with this counterattack.
It has been supplied or the respondent concerned is present in front of the court.
Therefore, in this facts, let the false commands be issued to the respondent concerned.
