Prasagraj: The High Court of Allahabad will continue the physical hearing on the bench (Lucknow and Allahabad) from Wednesday.
The court has completed and released the guidelines in this matter.
However, virtual hearing mode will continue.
In the first phase, the advocate room will not be opened.
However, if the physical hearing system about the guidelines framed by the High Court remains successful, the decision about the opening of the room will be taken.
According to the guidelines, only the advocates who have been vaccinated against Covid will be permitted on campus.
They must indicate a vaccination certificate when entering without protests, the other, the committee can attract physical hearing arrangements.
During physical hearing, advocates must comply with the Covid protocol such as wearing masks / facial cover and maintaining social distance.
Only supporters who will enter the place where the case is registered and for that, they must show a list of cases on other cellphones or modes.
During physical hearing, advocates will be allowed to choose virtual hearing with advanced information to the registry, so e-mode will also operate until the order further.
Advocates will appear in the courtroom, where their cases are listed to avoid density.
At one time, no more than 10 advocates will be permitted in the courtroom.
The robe prescribed for supporters will remain suspended.
They will enter the High Court through the gate that is notified for Allahabad and Lucknow Campus.
In addition, consumption of ‘PAN’, ‘Gutka’ and other tobacco items will be banned in the high court place.
Spit in a high court place must be prohibited and will withdraw penalties, he added.
In terms, 50 or more covid positive cases detected for three consecutive days, physical hearing will be suspended.
