New Delhi: The control board for Cricket in India (BCCI) has requested two New Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises of Ahmedabad and Lucknow to submit their list of draft picks on January 22.
Chairman of the IPL Brijesh Patel confirmed the development to Ani on Wednesday.

BCCI has found a new title partner in Tatas, and the agreement has “Ahmedabad and the franchise of Lucknow has been given January 22 as the deadline to submit a list of their designs,” Patel Ani said.

Brijesh Patel also confirmed that the IPL auction will be held in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13.
“Yes, auction will be held in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13,” Patel said.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Chairman of the IPL Brijesh Patel confirmed that Tata would replace Vivo as the main sponsor for the upcoming edition of the tournament.
“Yes, Tata will replace Vivo as a title sponsor,” he told Ani.
