New Delhi: Cutters and Yorkers are the main weapons at Arshdeep Singh’s Pace Armory.
He likes bowls in the overs of death, controlling the flow of run and know the art of how to force Batsman to dispose of his goal.

MI and RR, although there are two league matches left to be played.
Kolkata Knight Riders is in fourth place with 12 points and also has one league match to be played.
The defeat at the hands of the RCB means a man of Kl Rahul has a thin ice skating.
They will take Chennai Super Kings in their last league match and desperately need a great margin victory to improve their circuit.
They will also need a KKR to lose the game that is left badly.
TimesOfindia.com has followed Punjab Kings’s Pacer Arshdeep in front of Phase 2 IPL 2021 to talk about team opportunities, sharing the dressing room with the boss Universe Chris Gayle, learn from Shami Mohammed and more.
(Photo: Ani / BCCI / IPL) What is the atmosphere of the dressing room with players like Kl Rahul and Chris Gayle? With bosses and other Punjabi people, most are fun and we laugh and dance.
You have been brilliant when it comes to overs of death.
How do you practice for this? I enjoy bowling at the Death Overs.
I have worked on that aspect with my coach Jaswant Rai.
I practice with cones placed at one end of the field.
I tried to hit a bowling there with new balls, use a cutter in the middle Overs and then finish with some York people.
Shami is a senior professional in the team.
What is the learning experience from him? What tips are he gave to you, especially when bowling in important moments and pressure? Having Shami Bhai in the team is a very big advantage.
He had told me to stay simple.
He said, “Everyone tells you to do this, do it.
You have good skills and you just have to support yourself ‘.
(Photo: Ani / BCCI / IPL) What has become the experience of playing with allrounder Shahrukh Khan like? Can you share the light moment that you share with him? Most of it, I have bowling to him and he destroys the ball around the ground.
There is no light moment of hearts between us (laugh), but I try to have fun with him.
You put it as Bowler net for tour Sri Lanka and then add T20i troops.
What is the experience of playing under coach Rahul Dravid? He is your coach during the World Cup under-19 too.
What tips are he gave on a tour? With Rahul Sir, very comfortable, because I work under it at the bottom level 19.
There is a very good understanding of us.
I always try to take a few tips from him.
The way he thinks about Perm Ainan, he is really sharp.
He is really a good game reader.
We all try to learn as much as we can from him.
Regarding bowling, I have talked to him.
He said – you do it very well and keep repeating your show (good) from the game to the game.
Continue to do your work.
He said we traced you and you did quite well, continued to perform well.
(Photo: ANI / BCCI / IPL) When the IPL was postponed because some Covid-19 cases, Punjab Kings ensured every player and support staff reached their home safely.
How challenging for you to face the situation? What guidelines are given to you and other players by management? Management handles the situation very well.
We flew back to our house with rented flight and then the taxi was booked for us.
Overall, everything is quite safe.
Even the driver has a negative PRC RT test so we feel quite safe in that atmosphere.
Management did it quite well there.
