KABUL: The Islamic State Group has claimed responsibility for deadly suicide bombings in the Shiite Mosque in the South Afghanistan which killed 47 people and more wounding scores.
In a statement posted at the end of Friday on social media, two members of the shooting group and killed security guards guarding the entrance of the Fatimid Mosque in Kandahar Province.
