West Hindos Carlos Brathwaite at risk of missing from the opening match of Jamaica Talawahs from the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) after being forced to isolate himself after the Covid-19 case in his flight to St.
Kitts and Nevis, according to a media report.
Brathwaite, who flew from England – where he led Manchester’s originals in a hundred competitions – said he had been to isolate until further notice and “in darkness” about the right details, according to the EspnCricinfo website.
Jamaica’s second champion took Saint Lucia Kings on Friday.
“I haven’t really received anything officially to know when the first day is and how many days of quarantine, etc.,” said 33 years.
“So yes, I just miss my room and do a sit-up and hope at least ready to go if I can.” Brathwaite said the Covid-19 test had returned negatively “as far as I know.” The CPL committee reported two positive Koronavirus cases on Tuesday, while 255 arrivals were cleaned to enter bio-secure bubble tournaments.
Two positive cases “were marked by CPL when quarantine in the room still lasted for those people,” said the Director of the Michael Hall tournament.
“The tournament bubble remains intact,” he added, without identifying individuals who had been tested positively.
