Manchester: England Pacer James Anderson on Monday registered his 1000 goal in first grade cricket.
Veteran Pacer achieved achievements in the ongoing district match against Kent while playing for Lancashire here at Emirates Old Trafford.
Anderson dismissed Zak Crawley, Jordon Cox, Oliver Robinson, Jack Leaning, Heino Kuhn, Mat Milnes, and Harry Podmore as Kent reduced to 34/8 in the first round.
When Pacer stopped Kuhn, he enrolled the 1000 scalp in the first grade cricket.
In June, Anderson had added another fur to his famous lid when he surpassed the former Koket Alastair to become a Cricketer of the most closed English test.
Anderson achieved achievements in the second test against New Zealand in Edgbaston.
The legendary Pacer has now displayed in 162 matches for England more than Cook, who played 161 matches in the longest format.
Fast Bowler Stuart Broad is third on the list after playing 147 tests for England while the former Cricketer Alec Stewart occupies fourth place with 133 matches under his belt.
Anderson is the only fast bowler who has taken more than 600 numbers in the longest game format.
He has 617 scalp in the test cricket.
