Kalaburagi: After the election to the Kalaburagi City Council Corporation (KCC) made a cracked verdict, Four JD Canporators selected for the Civic body holding the key to deciding which of the two national parties – BJP where and Congress – Peg Claims for power.
The four Corporators went to Bengaluru to meet former Prime Minister and JD HD President Deve Gowda and former Chairman of the HD Kumaraswamy Minister on Wednesday.
The source said that JD (s) Corporators are willing to extend support to any party that offers one of them their intention to occupy the Mayor’s post for the entire period of five years.
“During the meeting, they expressed their intention to share the five-year mayor’s post,” said Nasir Kumaraswamy.
This party tends to make a final decision about offering support to BJP or Congress at a meeting at Deve Gowda’s House.
