Sydney: Australian coach Justin Langer said he was injured and confused with some critics he received from the players on his style worked but remained interested in leading the team and getting an extension when his contract expired next year.
Report of the riot of the dressing room and dissatisfaction with the training style emerged after Australia was beaten 2-1 in the test series at home by India which was hit by injury in January.
The players participated in the final review of the season leadership consultant Ford, and captain Aaron Finch which was limited in Australia said this week that Langer had cleaned the air before flying with the team to West Indies.
“I haven’t changed a lot in twenty years involved in Australian cricket,” Langer said on the opening night of Australia’s twenty -20 series against West Indies at St Lucia.
“Some of the things I read were actually rather confusing actually.
If I really honest I was truly injured by some of them.
The feedback I have given for three years has been very positive from the role I have.

Langer said he wanted to continue his role.
“If boards and CEOs and high-performance managers believe I am the right person to continue to lead us forward, of course.
I really love my job,” said Langer.
“I don’t like to lose in India in the amazing series, no one likes to lose.
I’m really committed, I love my work, I like the Australian cricket team, I like the players and I like Australian cricket.” They ‘did the things I appreciated the most in my life.
Hopefully I do a very good job for the past three years, it is feedback.
