Kalaburagi: The Kalaburagi bench of the High Court has issued a notification to seven BJP MLC which is suspected of trying to add their names in the list of voters in n who are suspected of bursting power in the corporation.
Hearing the Writ petition submitted by Corporators Congress Varsha Jane and Trupti Lakhe on Wednesday, the bench headed by Justice Mi Arun to the government to submit his statement on this issue on November 29.
Applicants claim that MLCS Laxman Savadi, Bharati Shetty, Bharati, Pratap Simea Nayak, Loh Singh, Raghunath Malkapure and Dr.
Talwar Sabanna have submitted an online application to include their names in the Kalaburagi city, on October 23.
“They have violated the guidelines for adding voters.
They also made the Secretary of the council to instruct Kalaburagi DC to shift their Nodal Regency to Kalaburagi,” he added.
The former Corporator Congress Huligeppa Kehuakgiri accused MLC BJP has created a rental agreement with their party workers to add their names to the voter list.
“However, they have not removed their names in the district, from where they shift to Kalaburagi.
Legally, they may be true.
But it shows that BJP can go down to all forms to take strength.
