Prasagraj: Sandeep Tiwari, a defendant in a secret case Akhil Bharatiya Parishad (ABAP) President Mahant Narendra Giri, was returned to a 14-day trial detention by the Court of Judge Judge (CJM) at Uttar Pradesh on Thursday.
