“There is a tradition of shopping in Dhanteras and therefore we expect that customers will come in large quantities on Wednesday,” said Neeraj Jaiswal, a Preetam Nagar shopkeeper.

According to Anil Mishra’s poundit, Puja Muhurat for Dhanteras came from 06.17pm until 08.11 PM.
“Lakshmi Puja in Dhanteras was carried out during Pradosh Kaal which lasted for two hours and 24 minutes,” he said.
