Hubballi: Fed up with apathy and negligence of selected representatives who failed to maintain their promises, residents of Art Nagar under Ward-51 have decided to boycott the election of HDMC.
Basavaraj Ballary, Member of Art Nagar Rahavasigala Sangh said, “Although our locality has 120 houses occupied, we do not have basic facilities.
