Prayagraj Revision: Two months after death Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad (ABAP) Mahant Narendra Giri, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday submitted a chargesheet against three people, including his students Anand Giri, on charges of reduction for suicide Narendra Giri.
After recognizing Chargesheet’s recognition, CJM summoned charges and still November 25 for further hearing on this issue.
The CBI stated that there was sufficient evidence of the tranquility of reducing violations to commit suicide and criminal conspiracy in connection with the alleged Mamahant suicide, which was found depends on the ashram in September.
Apart from Anand, Adya Prasad Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari are also named in Chargesheet.
The three were named Narendra Giri’s suicide note, who accused them mentally harassing it, following the police submitted by allegations of suicidal neglect under Section 306 IPC.
In Chargesheet, three accused, including Anand Giri, has been charged under Section 306 (reduction of commitment of suicide) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC.
The Head of Judiaia Judge (CJM), Harendra Nath, took Chargesheet’s awareness, said that enough places to consume available awareness.
In addition, the three defendants, who appeared through video conferencing did not cause objections.
The third accused of being in prison, because they were arrested within 24 hours and returned to trial detention after Mahanant’s death.
After 48 hours, the CBI took over the case from the police on the upper government recommendation.
During the investigation, the agency has recovered conversation tapes between the defendant and this has been sent for forensic examination.
At one stage, it has also transferred the court and obtained permission to record sound samples from Anand Giri and other accused, which they want to compare with the recovered cassette.
