National Commission of Women’s Head Writing to DGP

Mysuru: The National Commission for Women has recognized the Chamundi Hills Gang Rape case and has directed the Karnataka police to break the whip and arrest the culprit.
The Head of Commission of Rekha Sharma has written to DGP Karnataka who is looking for immediate action.
He has asked the police to start decisive action against the defendant, in addition to the correct protection and concern for the victims along with compensation.
According to the release issued by the Commission, Sharma has taken a problem with the Chairman of the Karnataka State Commission for Women.
“The Commission has also been trying to start the process of providing adequate compensation to the survivors in accordance with the rules of the victim compensation scheme mentioned based on the part 357 criminal procedure code, 1972.
NCW also asks that survivors must be given medical support and counseling.
Actions taken In this matter, it must be communicated to the earliest commission, “the letter said.
The State Commission took the case of Suo Motu coming in the midst of the Karnataka State Commission for Women Chairman Pramila Naidu visited a crime on Thursday.
Naidu said the Commission had launched an investigation after taking a notification of Suo Motu about this case.
He also visited a private hospital where survived and his friend’s friend was being treated.
Speaking to reporters at The Crime Spot, Pramila said, “I visited the hospital to interact with congratulations and his friend to get direct information about the incident but could not because of their applicable health.

His friend was also seriously injured in the head.
