Karachi: Decision Review System (Drs) will not be used during the Limited Home Overs series of Pakistan to New Zealand because of the noisen of approved technology providers.
Pakistani cricket board and manufacturer / announcer of this series cannot find the approved technology provider needed to run the system during the series which began on September 17, according to a source.
“Member boards can only have Drs technology providers approved by the International Cricket Council,” said one source.
He said Drs technology will be available for two international T20 against England in October in Lahore.
This series will have three ODIs and five international T20.
Rawalpindi will host ODI to be played on September 17, 19 and 21 while the T20IS will be played in Lahore on September 25, 29, 29, October 1 and 3.
