“They have really fun games but I don’t think that’s why T20 was created,” Christian said after the victory of the three Australian goal.
“Twenty20 was found for sixes and a lot of walking, in that case certainly not spectacular.” Christian, the first Australia to hit five six of the T20 internationally, still praised competitiveness in the low score series.
“It puts so much interest in every ball game, each limit, trying to save one here it becomes very important.
They can have a big effect on the game,” he said.
Christian believes that the goal in Dhaka will not be ideal for the preparation of his team ahead of the world of Twenty20 in the United Arab Emirates in October-November.
“After playing a little in the UAE, say Sharjah, we get a little dew at night and it’s quite small so 220 can be a victory score there.” Australia will finish their tour with the fifth and last match of this series on Monday.
