Police Ghaziabad managed to use a car with ‘fake number’, under the scanner

Noida: The investigation has been institutionalized after the police chief, posted with Ghaziabad police, allegedly found using a Scorpio car stolen with a fake number plate, police said.
Complaints submitted with larger noida police by car owners who claimed to have received several Challans for Scorpio since 2019.
There was no FIR registered in this case so far.
Sachin Kumar’s complainant, which has a Mahindra Scorpio (up16BC0827), has claimed that he received several Chaltan to the vehicle.
“I got this Scorpio at my wedding but since 2019, I began to receive a message about Challans that I should have paid.
I received two Challan – one for dangerous parking and others because it wasn’t wearing a seat belt,” he thought.
The first Challan was issued in October 2019 and the second in December 2019 against the name Preeti Baisoya, a resident of Sector 46 Noida, he said in complaints.
“I worry about seeing a message about Challans but ignoring it.
However, on Sunday, I received a message stating that my Scorpio had been brought to be repaired at the Concept Automobiles limited service center in Kasna.
I was surprised because I was in Vrindavan at that time and I have My Scorpio with me.
I called the service center and asked them to hold the vehicle they fixed, “he said.
When Kumar reached the center the next day, he found that Scorpio was parked in the middle of having the same number on the plate (up16bc0827) as the vehicle.
Kumar filed a complaint at the Accher Chowki police but was allegedly not accepted.
“I also went to the Beta II police station, but the police did not listen to me.
Then, I knew that Scorpio had a Constable Balraj Singh head that was posted on Greater Noida,” he said.
Kumar then shared a stolen car video parked at the service center, which was brought there by the police chief son, and his own car.
On Thursday, the Greater Noida police said when they notified their Ghaziabad partner, the last to share a statement stating that the car was taken to the Kavi Nagar police station on June 1, 2020, as a vehicle that was not claimed and auctioned on September 28, 2021.
Memo dealer, Sarwar Ali.
It adds that the machine and chassis number on the vehicle “cannot be read”.
According to information from the available registration number, the car belongs to one Raj Kumar from Delhi’s Rohini.
Circle Officer Kavar Nagar Anshu Jain, who asked about this case, told Ti that they had questioned the police chief.
“The number of car chassis cannot be read.
It was found that the car was with a police chief.
I will send my question report accordingly,” he said.
