Ghaziabad: The day after the accident at Bhatia Mor where Biker died and a bus fell from the flyover, the bus driver had been booked for driving and inflammatory negligence.
The person who drove a two-wheeled vehicle died in his place and his family filed a complaint of the police who accused the bus crashing into a biker and then fell from the flyover.
Bus driver Mahendra Kumar, on the other hand, said in his police statement that he lost control of the vehicle while trying to save a motorcyclist who suddenly blocked.
The deceased has been identified as Brijesh Pandey (32), a resident of Chhapraula, Gautam Budh Nagar.
He worked as an engineer in Gurgaon.
He married about six years ago and survived his wife, a five-year-old daughter and a six-month old son.
Broin Brijesh Ashok Kumar Pandey said the young man would park his motorcycle at the new bus metro station every day and then take the train to Gurgaon.
On the way home, he will take the metro until Ghaziabad and take his bicycle from the station.
“On Wednesday, he did the same thing.
At around 9pm when he was on his way home, the accident happened.
The bus driver lost control over the vehicle and entered the wrong track, after hitting the road divider.

Nipurn Aggarwal, SP-City 1, said that on Wednesday night, he took a Mahendra statement and he told the police that he would go to Choudhary Mor when a bicycle suddenly came in front of him.
He applied the brakes and tried to direct the vehicle from the biker.
But he lost control of the bus, the officer said.
Avanish Kumar, Circle Officer, Ghaziabad, said that four other people were injured in the accident and they were, Sunil and Deepak, both LG Company employees, Yogesh Garg, a resident of Shastri Nagar, and Asif, pedestrians.
“FIR Under Session 279 (punishment for rash driving) and 304A (causing death due to negligence) has been registered against the bus driver.
Active investigation,” he added.
Personal bus has left Noida with around 25 LG employees on Wednesday night.
On Lal Kuan, 10-15 people got off and the vehicle took Flyover Bhatia Mor to go towards Choudhary Mor.
The accident took place around 9:15 a night the injured people were taken to MMG Hospital on Wednesday.
The bus belongs to Shiv’s tour and travel and the owner said the driver told them that he lost his balance while trying to save biker.
