Prasagraj: In less than three years being operational, civil bag (Prayagraj airport) located in the Bamrauli area of ​​Sangam City has achieved differences in catering to more than ten air passengers lakh.

Likewise, flight operations are again affected during the second Covid wave which leads to fewer flights in May and June this year.
However, after fighting with all obstacles, the airport reached an important milestone on September 8 when the air passenger number passed ten lakh mark.
On August 31, the number of passengers traveling through the airport reached 9.91 lakh.
On September 7, the number of passengers reached 9,99407.
After this, on September 8, this number crossed the ten lakh mark as 956 passengers arrived at or departed from the airport.
Until September 13, the total passenger movement at Prayagraj Airport rose to 10.05 lakh.
A total of 11 flights are currently Runnimg from prayagraj airport to ten cities.
Flights to Delhi and Billaspur are operated by Air Indian Air Alliance.
Direct flights with Indigo private airlines are being operated for Bangalore, Pune, Raipur, Gorakhpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Dehradun, Bhopal and Bhubaneshwar.
