Prasagraj: Anand Giri and Adya Prasad Tiwari, were accused of committing suicide Akhil Bharatiya Parahad (ABAP) President Mahant Narendra Giri, sent to 14-day judicial detention by the court of judge justice (CJM) on Wednesday.

The police then submitted FIR below Section 306 (Suicide reduction) IPC against Anand Giri with the Georgetown police station about the complaint of a mathematics employee, Amar Giri Pawan Maharaj, on Monday night.
A police team on Wednesday produced allegations – Anand Giri and Adya Tiwari – before the court of judges (CJM) Harendra Nath amid strict security.
CJM returns both of them for Judicial custody for 14 days and they are sent to prison.
Before producing the defendant in the CJM court, the police also conducted their medical examination carried out at a government hospital.
Previously on Tuesday afternoon, a police team rose to bring Anand Giri to the reserve police line in Prayagraj from Haridwar.
Then, Anand Giri, Imam Adya Prasad Tiwari and his son Sandeep Tiwari was held for a quiz.
A team of senior police officials had questioned Anand Giri, Adya and Sandeep for hours.
Meanwhile, the panel of five members of the doctor on Wednesday morning conducted post-mortem narendra giri at the SRN hospital in a tight security.
