Mumbai: Flamboyant Opener Prithvi Shaw on Wednesday named Captain Mumbai for the first two matches of the upcoming trophy season.
41 times Champion Ranji Mumbai was placed in Elite nine Tim Group C and will open their campaign against Maharashtra on January 13.
They will collide against Delhi from January 20 in Kolkata.
“Prithvi is a brilliant captain and a fantafa opening batsman, what else you need,” said Head of Mumbai Salil Ankola to PTI.
Yashasvi Jaiswal’s young appetizer, Central Batter Sarfaraz Khan, Arman Jaffer and Aakarshit Gomel have succeeded in reaching forces of 20 members along with experienced aditya-dough.
Shivam Dube Multipurpose, which has played one ODI and 13 T20IS, has also been chosen by the selection committee that has a Gulam Parka, Sunil More, Prasad Desai and Anand Yalvigi.
Bowling attacks will be led by experienced Pacers Dhaval Kulkarni.
Pacer Medium Mohit Awasthi, Spinner Left-Arm Shams Mulani, Off-Spinner Shashank Extarde and Small-Arm Medium Pacer Roystan Dias Forms Pace All-Rounder Arjun Tendulkar Attack is also part of the squad.
