Prasagraj: Preparation has begun to recruit principals and principals in more than 4,500 secondary schools assisted by the government to spread throughout the state through written checks.
At present, there is a system recruiting the principal directly through an interview after a short list of candidates who are competing to the post offered.
But on the orders of the state government, officials of the Directorate of Education, Prasagraj, have prepared a proposal in this case which will soon be sent to the government for formal approval, said the senior education department official asking for anonymity.
Under the proposed change, the teacher’s assistant will now be able to register for posts for the principles of intermediaries assisted by the government.
Until now, assistant teachers or trained graduates (TGTS) teaching in secondary school can only submit postpartums in high school students while postgraduate teachers (PGTS) can submit post-principles of intermediaries assisted by the college government.
But the new proposal aims to release this barrier to the assistant teacher who submit postpartum in college intermediaries assisted by the government if they have the necessary feasibility as specified, he added.
This development approached the meeting heels chaired by the Special Secretary of the State Government, Jai Shankar Dubey on October 11 at Lucknow with representatives of the Secondary UP Teacher Association (Thakurai Group) where the latter demanded the recruitment of the principal through written examination and opportunities for assistant teachers for Submit principal posts in the middle college assisted by the government.
Secretary General of the State of the Secondary Teacher Association (Thakurai Group) Lalmani Dwivedi said that posting this meeting, the process of changing the Regulation of the Election Board of Secondary Education Services up to 1998 to make changes may begin by the Directorate of State Education.
In accordance with the proposal, then for the election of principals and principals, written inspection of 300 marks (60 percent mark) of a total of 500 signs will be made.
The remaining 200 values will be for experience and interviews, officials of other senior education departments that confirm the development.
The written exam will watch candidates who are tested through objective types of questions about their general knowledge, educational talents, education administration, school environment and health etc., he continued.
The principal will be selected based on a list of achievements prepared at the state level instead of the division level as it is done today, he continued to explain.
