Officials have been asked to ensure staff have received at least one dose of vaccines.
Students are also required to present their own declaration and permission from parents who say they have no symptoms of Covid-19.
“If a student or staff shows a symptom of Covid-19 infection, he must be taken to the nearest health center,” the department said.
Regular classes will be continued in the district with a level of participants of less than 2%, while those who have a higher level of progress have been asked to wait for further instructions.
