Captain Joe Root and All-Rounder Ben Stokes is one of the firstcomper to touch Brisbane on Saturday ahead of the British Abu series against Australia.
Root and Stokes are part of the party that will be based on the Gold Coast because they complete the quarantine needed before the first test, which began in Gabba on December 8.
Other players chosen for the squad participated in the World Cup Twenty20 and will travel to Australia after completion of British involvement in the competition.
While the English team will be asked to undergo quarantine 14 days, the players have received exceptions that will allow them to train in strict conditions.
English will play a three-day warming against England Lions, who also arrived in Australia on Saturday, in Redlands from 23 to 25 November before the couple faced in the four-day match in Brisbane from November.
