Prasagraj: Finishing line on the Mohan Mohan Malviya Stadium Track from Sangam City Witnessed a new winner this year in the 36th edition of all Indian prizes Indira Marathon Marathon.
In the male category, the Army B Valliappa (chest number 1202) won the first position.
Anil Singh (Chest Number 1017) from Prayagraj Stand Secondly.
Het RAM Himachal Pradesh won third place.
The third runner comes from service.
Het RAM is finished one third in this marathon held in 2019 too.
By winning the marathon in the male category, Valliappa has pocketed RS 2 Lakh’s money prize.
In the category of women, Nirmaben Bharat Jee Thakui from Gujarat secured the first position.
The meaning of patil came second and Tamshi Singh from Mirzapur secured third place.
Nirmaben was given a 2 lakh RS money prize.
Previously the marathon was marked by Upendra Tewari, Minister of Sports and the Welfare of Youth in the Government.
The marathon is an annual event held under the Aegis of Uttar Pradesh Sports Directorate and District Administration to commemorate former Prime Minister of Indira Gandhi.
District administration has made complicated arrangements for the event.
The marathon was planted from the historic gate of Anand Bhawan at 6:30 a.m.
The participants ran on the teliagaranj past route, Mayo Hall Crossing, High Court, CMP College, New Yamuna Bridge, Hanuman Mandir to the end of the Mohan Mohan Malviya Stadium.
Runners run with computer chips attached to their shoes or clothes.
This is done according to the rules of the Indian Athletics Federation (AFI) which has made it mandatory at the Marathon.
