New Delhi: Indian voters are arranged to add some more players to the T20 World Cup India as a net bowlers.
The names of Bowler have not been resolved but what will be interesting to see whether the voters choose backup for the mystery of Spinner Varun Chakravarthy who suffer the clever knee.
However, according to Pacer’s sources of Umran Malik and Harshal Patel are in the calculation to join the team after the IPL.
Sunday is the deadline for submitting the last teams to the International Cricket Council.
“Chakravarthy was chosen because he was suitable to play.
If the injury can be managed through the World Cup, he will definitely be on the team,” said an official on BCCI TOI on Saturday.
There is also a buzz of leg-spinner in the form of Yuzvendra Chahal who lives behind.
Rahul Chahar is preferred than Chahal for the World Cup but Chahal has shown a better form in the ongoing IPL.
“There is no decision taken at Chahal.
It is very unfortunate that Mumbai Indian has dropped Rahul Chahar from XI playing.
If Chahal will be asked to remain back because the closing will be decided so voter and management team discusses the situation,” the official said.
