Bagalkot: Police arrested 10 people in connection with the elimination of students in illkal district, a North Karnataka City of about 415 km from Bengaluru, on Wednesday.
Bagalkot police supervisor Lokesh Jagalasara said that TIFF between two 9th grade boys caused the incident on Monday.
The boy told his family members about the incident, and some students allegedly slapped another boy because he released Skullcap.
