Hubballi: Shankar Doddamani City-based, 65, plans to pay tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee by riding a bicycle at four quadrilateral developed by the late former PM.
The road dream project was planned by the former PM in 1999.
Shankar began his expedition in his bicycle from Hubballi on Monday and he aimed to discuss 6,000 km in 15,000 km in 15,000.
Shankar, a businessman said, “I dreamed of riding this highway for years.
