Prasagraj: Sleuggell Special Task Force (Prayagraj Unit), on Sunday, arrested a proxy candidate who was identified as, Vijay Bahadur Saroj, a resident of Mithipar Village from Jaunpur District, which appeared on behalf of the UPTET (2021-Primary level) examination.

STF has also won a fake acceptance card, one OMR sheet, one paper question, one fake aadhaar card, one BTC sheet in the name Deepak Kumar, along with one PAN card and 4,500 Rs of ownership.
Deputy SP (STF) Navendu Kumar told reporters that, “acting based on specific input that a prospective \ proxy emerged in the first session of UPTET, the STF team (Field Unit -Prayagraj) invaded the inspection center and arrested the defendant.” He added that candidate The proxy appeared in the UPTET exam about the place of Guanin Deepak Kumar aspirants from Saray Mamrez.
The captured breakers told the police that he was preparing for a competitive exam after living in rented accommodation in the Salori area.
He also told the police that the Epet Aspiran Deepak Kumar, who also lived in the same area, touched him and convinced him to provide Rs 35,000 if he appeared in his name, after preparing a fake document.
The defendant was given Rs 5,000 in advance by the candidate.
Meanwhile, Pratapgarh police also arrested one Munna Bhai, who was identified as Amarjeet, a citizen of Kalyanpur, at an inspection center when he appeared at the place of Vivek Kumar.
The police have also confiscated electronic devices from ownership which he uses for an unfair way.
The defendant told the police that he was convinced to provide Rs 20,000 by the candidate.
