NEW DELHI: Cricket star Sachin Tendulkar said Tuesday England should enable Ollie Robinson to begin playing again, following the quick bowler apologised after his suspension because of historical sexist and racist tweets.
Robinson, 27, was suspended by the England team following the articles earlier this month after he first made his Test debut against New Zealand.
He impressed by both ball and bat at the game, but was subsequently hammered from international responsibility pending the results of an evaluation from the England and Wales Cricket boardgame.
“We will need to know that he did so many, many decades back and he’s sorry about it,” Tendulkar told AFP.

“We will need to be honest to him at some point he must begin playingwith,” he further added.
