Prayagraj: Session court, Allahabad on Thursday rejected the Guarantee Application of Anand Giri, a defendant in the case of the mysterious death of President Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad (ABAP) Narendra Giri.
Refusing the Bail Application, Special Judge (EC ACT), Mridul Kumar Mishra said that in accordance with the book today, the witnesses had and greatly supported the prosecution case.
“Therefore, by maintaining gravity and seriousness of violations, guarantee applications are rejected,” added a special judge.
President Abap’s body, Narendra Giri, was found depending on the ceiling of a room at Shri Math Bag in Gaddi under the boundaries of the Georgetown police station in Prayagraj on September 20, 2021.
In a suicide record, Mahantan has demanded Anand Giri, who is a former student Narendra Giri and the other two from mental harassment.
A fired pine was accused of being accused of under 306 (suicide reduction) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) at the Georgetown police station in Prayagraj.
Next, Anand Giri and the other two were arrested.
They were produced before the CJM court on September 22 and was returned to judicial detention for 14 days and sent to prison.
Then, on the recommendation of the state government, the investigation of this case was transferred from the police to the CBI.
At another stage, when acting on the implementation of the CBI, CJM on October 5 extended the detention of judicially from three accused for a period of 14 more days.
Furthermore, the detention was extended by the court.
