Prasagraj: Allahabad High Court on Friday rejected the Anticipatory Guarantee Application Niha Khan, which as a nurse of heretia (ANM) in Jamalpur, the urban health center of the Aligarh urban primary has thrown 29 syringes loaded by vaccines into dust.

According to the Petitioner, he was framed for political interests by his colleagues.
The syringe was restored from the trash and his colleague to beat him because of personal competition, he begged.
On May 30, a registered FIR after district health officials knew about the incident and the investigation committee of two members was formed to see the problem.
The Committee found Khan guilty of waste vaccines and “malpractice and dissipline”.
The vaccination responsible for Aarfeen Zehra was also ordered when he allegedly failed to tell the authorities despite knowing the alleged incident.
FIR claims that 29 syringes are found in trash cans related to Aadhaar.
Additional advocacy General Goyy Goyal and additional government advisers AK Sand, emerged for the state government, opposed the request on the grounds that the incident was not a mistake or negligence but deliberately acted by the defendant.
