Gurgaon: Some NBCC Green View residents, a housing community in the 37D sector, in repairs after they received notice from developers to empty their flat on November 10.
The population claims the developer has adopted fully “illegal and inhuman attitudes” and threatens them with important service suspension such as electricity and water supply if they do not empty property.
This happened after the IIT Delhi report issued earlier this year showed several structural defects in community buildings, which needed repairs.
Developers, NBCC, issued a notification on Wednesday.

“Comprehensive repair work is being carried out according to the recommendation of IIT Delhi.
NBCC will provide all possible support for temporary relocation and residents will be compensated to be properted,” said the representative.
However, there are no fixed deadlines for improvement.
“The deadline will be done with consultation with experts and will be known after some time,” added representatives.

“Other residents say they pay attention to some shortcomings in construction in a month move and make several complaints to developers and unification of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
