Gurgaon: Some NBCC Green View residents, a housing community in the 37D sector, in repairs after they received notice from developers to empty their flat on November 10.
The population claims the developer has adopted fully “illegal and inhuman attitudes” and threatens them with important service suspension such as electricity and water supply if they do not empty property.
This happened after the IIT Delhi report issued earlier this year showed several structural defects in community buildings, which needed repairs.
Developers, NBCC, issued a notification on Wednesday.
Previously issued a similar notification on October 3 gave a 15-day resident to empty the flat to do a “comprehensive repair job”.
According to NBCC representatives, this structure shows spalling concrete (solving concrete) in several locations due to chloride and the problem is only related to quality.
“Comprehensive repair work is being carried out according to the recommendation of IIT Delhi.
NBCC will provide all possible support for temporary relocation and residents will be compensated to be properted,” said the representative.
However, there are no fixed deadlines for improvement.

Launched in 2010, this project was spread in 18 hectares.
Flat ownership began in August 2017 after delaying more than two years.
The community has 923 flats, including 139 Flat EWS.
So far, 260 flats have been sold and more than 150 families are here.
Residents demand that developers immediately attract notifications and provide a full refund of the total cost of flat along with interest.
G Mohanty, President of the Nbcc Green View Association of Apartment Willing (AOAO), said the developer had left them in trouble.
“Developers have adopted a fully illegal and inhuman attitude and do things without considering occupants.
We face some problems such as poor construction and bad workmanship and maintenance.

Yadvender Yadav, a resident, added, “We are the owner, but they want us to pack our bags and move.

Randhir Singh, Secretary General of Aoao, said: “After our complaint, the builder hired Iit Delhi to conduct a structural audit of the building, which proved our doubts correctly and showed some defects.
