Prasagraj: City police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested three people including the constables suspended in connection with the murder of a merchant and seized the licensed 0.32 bore revolver and six live cartridges from their ownership.
The three were searched by police in connection with cases listed below 323, 504, 506, 447, 307 and 302 from IPC and 7 Criminal Law (CLA) with the Kydanj Police Station.
The person who was arrested was identified as a Vimless Pandey (Constable Suspended posted in the Excise Ministry in the Varanasi District) of Karchana, Satish Pandey of Koraon and Krishna Murari aka Lali Sharma from Kydanj.
