Twin city residents remain indoors despite ‘sankranti curry’

Dharwad / Hubballi: The almost complete silence in the crowded commercial hub in twin cities reflects the willingness of the population of Hubballi-Dharwad to comply with restrictions enacted until curfew.
Spurt in Covid-19 cases in all districts have also been quoted as one reason that can prevent people from adventuring outside on Saturday.
