Chandigarh: The UT Cricket Association (UTCA) Election Committee on Tuesday decided to invest in a younger breed from Cricketers by promoting people like the Bottom World Cup star below 19-19 Rajangad Bring and Harroor Singh Pannu for the upcoming trophy of Ranji Cup, Starting February 16.
