New Delhi: Thirteen Shy Days Warning Nine from the leading India to the title of the Under-19 World Cup, Unmukt Chand has announced his retirement from cricket in India.
On Friday, the 28-year-old posted an emotional letter on Twitter who said he would arrange his trade throughout the world.
He is currently in the US since April and tends to play in the planned US T20 league.
U-19 teammate Smit Patel has also announced his move to us this year.
Unbeatable 111 against Australia U-19 in Townsville during the World Cup remained the highest point of the career of Batsman.
The knock has catapulted it to become the face of the future of Cricket India when the MS Dhoni team experienced a transition.
The journey until then reflects the virat Kohli.
In fact, the national voter’s head later, Patil Sandeep really wanted to give him an Indian hat.
Apart from his almost sensational arrival on the domestic scene, Unmukt did not have a domestic season or the IPL season which defined the glory of the World Cup.
He remained on the fence and a lot of Indian calls awaited did not come.
However, the unmukt white ball form has never been dipped.
He even handed over the captain for the Indian ‘A’ team who had established stars such as Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh in it.
Unmukt was even elevated to Captain Delhi.
But things never take off with shows that come a little and far between them.
And soon he was dropped from the Trophy Ranji team in 2017-18 when Delhi managed to reach the final after 10 years.
The list, career also never swim.
He remained one of the top scorers for Delhi but found himself on the wrong political side in Delhi Cricket.
In 2017, Unmukt rejected retention offered by Mumbai Indians and chose to go to the auction pool so he could get more matches to be played for other IPL franchises.
Unmukt was dropped from the trophy team Hazare Vijay Hazare Delhi on the auction night and he was not sold.
But he brought back three matches to the tournament.
Unmukt tried his luck by moving to Uttarakhand in 2019-20 but also left it there.
His career became a sad story of how things got wrong after initial success.
