Lucknow: The number of active Covid-19 cases at Uttar Pradesh continues to remain below 100-mark on Sunday.
According to the Covid-19 bulletin released on Sunday, the total number of active cases in the country stood at 85.
At least 11 fresh Covid-19 cases were reported from only six countries in the last 24 hours.
More than 73,000 samples were tested for novel coronavirus infections in the same duration.
“State, under a tight T3 testing mechanism – ‘trace, test, and treatment’ – done more than 73,204 Covid-19 tests in the last 24 hours.
The level of testicitivity test (TPR), which shows the level of infection among people, Has gone to less than 0.01%, the lowest in this country, “the official statement said on Sunday.
In the second wave of Covid-19 which receded, nine patients recovered in the last 24 hours and 42 districts were declared free covid by the government with zero active cases.
So far, the state government has also provided around 13.29 doses of crore vaccines.
In this case, more than 67% of the total adult population that meets the state requirements have received at least one vaccine dose and around 22% of the population that fulfills the requirements fully immunized until now.
“From the 15-crore target population, the state has been inoculating 13.29 crore doses until Saturday.
More than 3.38 crore people in this country have been fully vaccinated,” said the official statement.
