Prasagraj: In the first, volunteers from Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) have set targets to prepare 10,000 idols of God Ganesha and Dewi Lakshmi and 25,000 diyas cow dung in Gaushala (cattle) in the Baharean Block in the Trans- pocket of the Prayagraj District Ganga.
Regional Secretary of VHP (Gauraksha) Lal Mani Tiwari to Tii, “This is the first time Gaushala VHP will prepare around 25,000 DIYas and 10,000 Goddesses and Dewi in ‘Shri Prem Gaushala Anusandhan Trust’ in Nari Village under the Baharial Block.
We have involved three SHG, around 33 female workers, because making DIYAS and idols and production has begun.
“Tiwari said,” If this works, we will take DIYAS and idols in other gaushalas from next year.
” “Dung Diyas beef is environmentally friendly and idols have become trends since last year and many people have taken a green way to celebrate lights and sound festivals.
Now, people throw away the clay and instead of rooting for those made from cow dung as they are See as a way to empower Gaushalas and the local community, “he added.
Tiwari argues, “If the sale of DIYAS and idols runs better, it will help Gaushala authority in the maintenance of a beef better.
This DIYAS will be made manually by Shg women and Gaushala owners”.
Diyas and idols will be made under the supervision of Dinesh Mishra.
The local VHP leaders, meanwhile, claimed they were preparing diama cow dung for the first time.
“We make two types of Dung Diyas cats: one made of wet dirt and the other from the powder.” “Dung Diyas wet takes an uneven form and many customers may not like to use it, while those made of cow dung powder are perfect,” said a volunteer woman.
“The powder of dirt is mixed with rice powder, gum vegetables and water.
After Diyas dries, the cotton axis is dipped in Ghee and glued to a small metal plate placed in it,” he said.
Diyas will be available at cheaper prices.
Interestingly, this Diyas easily burned for more than half an hour if used with Desi Ghee.
Many VHP leaders say, “People will prefer to buy DIYAS and idols made of cow dung because cattle are connected to our roots”.
