Prasagraj: The government is serious about preparation and taking all possible steps to deal effectively with a strange situation that can arise because of the third wave of Covid-19 in the state, saying additional directors, health and family welfare, Prasagraj, Dr.
Mohan Ji Srivastava.
He spoke as the main guest at the first seminar in the second day of the ‘Covid prevention in children’, which was held at the United Institute of Medical Science (UIMS), on Friday.
Dr.
Srivastava further said that the third wave was being anticipated to take victims in children, therefore, it was important for private hospitals and publicsector and nursing homes to complete all preparations.
He also praised the simplicity united to show serious concerns in this matter.
Deputy Chairperson, United Group of Institution (UG), Satpal Gulati said that it was the need for hours to provide quality training to the doctor and staff of the Pediatric Department to meet the challenges ahead.
The seminar began with the topic of the functional anatomy of the respiratory system taken by Dr.
AP Singh followed by subjects Prof.
AK Lavania Physiology of Lung Ventilation.
Prof.
Lavania said it was necessary to control the heartbeat during stress and tension and in a pandemic situation due to increased oxygen consumption.
Dr.
Laxman Verma provides deep details of the drug to be given to children affected by Covid-19 while talking about drugs used in Pediatric Covid-19.
He also explained about drugs that are currently given to Covid-19 patients.
Likewise, Dr.
Mushtaq Hussain shared his views on anti-virus and steroid drugs.

Sanjeev Kumar concerning Prevention and PPE strategies, Dr.
