Prasagraj: The Government of Uttar Pradesh on Friday told Allahabad High concords that the disciplinary authority order on February 24, 2020, where further investigation was directed against Dr.

Dr.
Kafel was suspended from services on August 22, 2017, after the death of around 60 babies for several days at the Medical College Hospital Brd due to lack of oxygen.

In the current WRIT petition, where Dr.
Kafel has challenged his suspension and further investigation, he has revealed that at first the trial was taken against nine people.
“The seven of them were suspended along with the applicant have since been restored while waiting for the conclusion of the disciplinary process,” added Dr.
Kafel.
