Prayagraj: A criminal was injured at a police meeting in the Trans-Yamuna area on Wednesday night.
The criminal was identified as Shahzad, a resident of Harianharpur Village at Mandhata from Pratapgarh Regency, was hospitalized for treatment.
The police also caught a 6,315-bore country-made gun, two live cartridges and stolen bicycles from ownership.
However, his two colleagues managed to slip into the police.
Desired in connection with four criminal cases, Shahzad along with his two legs planned to escape from the city when the police had a meeting with him.
