Hubballi: Congress is planning agitation demanding the implementation of the Mahadayi River Water Project in the line of Mekedatu inyatra.
He alleged that weekend curfew was put in place to curb mekryattra.
He said former CM Yediyurappa had promised to carry Mahadayi water within 24 hours after assuming strength.
“Now, BJP must repay the people about that,” he said.
