Prayagraj: A 40-year-old woman allegedly shot dead by the landlord at the rented property in Bhola Ka Pura under the boundaries of the Dhoonangj police station here on Thursday afternoon.
Incident, occurred around 1pm when the victim, Sangeeta Soni, and the owner came with a fat because of the problem emptying the house.
Then, the landlord full of anger issued his licensed weapon and opened fire on tenant women and left him injured.
The injured woman gave up on an injury while being taken to the SRN hospital.
Police said the victim with her husband and other family members lived in the house of an Abhimanyu Shukla as a tenant for the past four years.
The accusation was reported to have escaped from the scene after the locals approached the site.
