The Covid-19 Assam case continued to decline for four consecutive days on Thursday but Kumbrup (Metro), which included Guwahati City, reported an increase trend.
According to the Ministry of Health, 1992 new cases were detected after testing 1,20,908 people throughout the country, while 2,498 patients were dismissed after recovery.
The level of participation reaches 1.65%.
On the other hand, 27 patients give up during the day.
While Kamrup (Metro) reported 263 cases, Golaghat recorded 157 cases.
