Bengaluru: The ongoing word war between the powerful BJP and the opposition congress of the alleged Multi-Crore Bitcoin scam increased on Wednesday with the main Minister of Basavaraj Bommai claiming that two congressional leaders were involved in racquets.
“There are names of Congress leaders in Bitcoin fraud.
Let the congress worry about it instead of throwing false accusations to us,” Bommai told reporters in Delhi.
He reacted to the MLA Congress and former Minister of Priyank Kharge tweets that if the Bitcoin scandal was thoroughly investigated and transparent, the BJP government in Karnataka will soon see the third main minister, indirectly suggesting the bommai will be deleted.
CM further said that the government had an open mind as far as this problem concerning.
“Let them tell what the crime is and who beneficiaries.
Let the opposition give several documents on it.
We will investigate it.
We have nothing to hide,” he said.
Reacting to CM allegations, Congress leaders expelled the former to reveal the names of their leaders and arrested them.
“If the congressional leaders are involved, why does the government remain silent? Why is there no arrest made,” asked the opposition leader Siddaramaiiah.
KPCC President DK Shivakumar said the Minister of Home Affairs had to publish the Chargesheet detail where the names of the two Congress leaders were allegedly mentioned.
“What did he wait for? Let him tell people.
He also had to talk about a letter written to PM and the name of the person who wrote it,” he added.
Used CM HD Kumaraswamy said discussions about Bitcoin fraud had occurred since 2016-17 when the Congress came to power.
“Siddaramaiiah takes tight action, the scam will not be so big,” he added.
Kumaraswamy accused that the BJP and Congress have worked overtime to bury the Bitcoin scam and the ongoing blame game is part of their plan.
He also claims that all details of fraud have reached the Prime Minister’s office.
The RDPR minister KS Eshwarappa accused the Congress to extort the government by saying CM and IAS officers were involved in bitcoin fraud.
“If they have documents to prove their charges, let them go to court,” he added.
Esharappa said the bommai would continue like CM until the end of his term of office.
Previously, talking to reporters in Kalaburagi, Kharge said that he had information that the hackers had hacked into the three Bitcoin exchanges, 14 websites, including 10 poker websites, and exploited malware and made of Crore Rs 2,283.
The police have also recovered 31 Bitcoin worth Rs 9 Crore.
“But these things have been abandoned from Chargesheet.
We also want to know why a hacker gave a guarantee after claiming that he had hacked the government website,” Ask Kharge.
