2 Hippos Zoo Belgium Infected Covid

LONDON: Two hippos in the zoo in Belgium have been contracted covid and have been taken to quarantine, media reported.
According to officials at the Antwerp Zoo, Imani, 14 years old, and Hermien, 41, captured the virus, the BBC reported.
Animals are fine, besides having a runny nose, officials said.
Meanwhile, the limitations have been tightened at the zoo to negative with diamonds.
Globally, there are several prisoners and pet animal reports that are infected with SARS-COV-2.
