Kalaburagi: The court in Bidar has sentenced four doctors, including three doctors, for prison and sentenced medical negligence which caused the death of a 40-year-old woman in 2014.
Judge of the second civil court and JMFC Bidar, Abdul Khadar, on January 4 was sentenced Doctor’s punishment of Rajashri and Vaijanath Biradar and a hospital employee Dr.
Biradar Sushruth nurses in Bidar for two years in prison and peliped him each of Rs 10,000.
Rajashekhar Patil, the third doctor, was awarded a six-month prison and RS 5,000 fine.
After Rajashri and Vaijanath do the procedure, Sampavathi’s condition turned worse.
